🚀 Nagaya’s Blockchain Leap in South Korea

Nagaya Technologies is expanding its footprint in South Korea by developing a cutting-edge blockchain-based payment system in collaboration with Sesung Co. Ltd.. The project centers on Urban Atrium P4—a massive commercial complex located in Sejong City.

As part of a 1.4km stretch comprising five interconnected buildings, Urban Atrium is expected to become the world’s longest integrated shopping infrastructure. With attractions such as a Larva-themed park and diverse retail outlets, it is designed to offer an immersive shopping and entertainment experience.

Through this partnership, Nagaya introduces NGY—its native digital currency—as a secure and seamless method of payment. The aim is to transition into a fully cashless, tech-enabled retail environment.

The agreement was signed in March 2020 by Mr. Yorath Yohannes Tjandra, CEO of Nagaya Technologies, and Mr. Ryu Young-kyu, CEO of Sesung Co. Ltd., marking a major milestone for smart retail development.

🌏 New Information Centre Opens in Papua, Indonesia

Reinforcing its international reach, Nagaya Technologies has opened a new Information Centre in Manokwari, Papua. This center will play a key role in educating the public on digital assets, hosting blockchain workshops, and engaging with local communities.

By establishing a physical presence in Indonesia, Nagaya aims to make its ecosystem more accessible and informative for new and existing users alike.
